However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device screen calibrations, studio lighting, and artisanal hand-dyeing processes.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet subjective expectations beyond the verified product specifications depicted in our store.

All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limited-edition ensemble at any time and may limit the order quantities of any products offered on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 – Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Prashvi The Label reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Prashvi The Label confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Prashvi The Label may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once order processing or artisanal customization has commenced. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All estimated delivery dates are guidelines based on carrier schedules and transit routes. We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier partners, regional holidays, customs clearances, or circumstances outside our direct control.

Prashvi The Label is powered by Shopify, which provides the underlying ecommerce hosting infrastructure. All product sales and retail transactions are executed directly with Prashvi The Label. You acknowledge that Shopify is an independent technology provider and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising out of retail merchandise transactions.

All personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy regarding server data hosting and transaction security.

Section 11 & 12 – User Feedback & Information Accuracy

If you submit product reviews, testimonials, photos, or suggestions (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to feature and publish such content across our digital channels and promotional materials.
