1. Our Policy Commitment

At Prashvi The Label, we take immense pride in crafting pieces that make you feel truly special. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if there is any sizing issue, we are here to assist you with an easy exchange or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • A return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original brand tags, barcodes, and packaging intact.
  • Customized or bespoke-tailored garments (made to custom measurements) are non-returnable unless received with a manufacturing defect.

3. Step-by-Step Return / Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Send your Order ID and photos to +91 74006 97979 on WhatsApp or email prashvithakar@gmail.com.

Step 2: Reverse Pickup

We will schedule a doorstep courier pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 3: Quality Check

Once received at our Vadodara studio, the item undergoes a standard quality and authenticity inspection.

Step 4: Resolution

Your replacement size is dispatched immediately, or refund issued to your original payment method.

4. Refund Modes & Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refunds are credited directly back to the original source bank/card within 5 to 7 business days following inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are transferred directly via UPI or NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer upon providing account details.
  • Store Credit Option: You can also choose instant Store Credit (Gift Card) with 1-year validity for future purchases.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

In the rare event that your product arrives defective, damaged during transit, or an incorrect item was delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video. We will replace the item with priority express shipping at zero extra cost.
