- Ready-to-Ship Outfits: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Sized Pieces: Handcrafted to perfection and dispatched within 4 to 7 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation via Email & SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and direct courier tracking link (BlueDart / Delhivery / DTDC).
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to our studio. Please ensure complete shipping details with landmarks and an active phone number to avoid transit delays.
